버스는 가다가 길거리에 있는 작은 휴계소에서도 자주 쉬고,

정류장같지도 않은 정류장에서 사람들이 내리고 타기를 반복한다.

덕분에 아홉시에 도착했어야 하는데 열시에 도착했다.

그런데 내려준 곳도 어딘지 모르겠다.

와우.

버스 안이어서 이야기를 제대로 못 나누어 내려서 잠시 이야기를 나누었는데

중년 부부 분들은 카트만두로, 나는 포카라로 갈 것이라 어찌됬든 소나울리까지는 함께하기로 했다.

일단 바라나시에서 들은 말로는 고락뿌르 기차역 앞에 호텔이 많다고 들어서

사이클 릭샤를 잡아서 기차역으로 향했다.

사이클 릭샤가 영어를 전혀 못해서 우리가 타고온 버스 차장이 도와주었다.

We couldn’t talk properly because we were in the bus

Middle-aged couples will go to Kathmandu and I will go to Pokhara, so I decided to accompany them to Sonawuli anyway.

From what I heard in Varanasi, there are many hotels in front of the Gorakpur train station

I caught Cyclixia and headed for the train station.

Cyclicsha can’t speak English at all, so our bus conductor helped us.

오토릭샤가 아닌 사이클릭샤인지라 꽤 시간이 걸려 도착한 기차역.

일단 숙소를 먼저 잡아야해서 먼저 보이는 한 군데 들어갔더니 에어컨룸이 없고, 두 번째 들어갔더니 방이 있단다.

방을 한 번 보자고 갔는데 화장실도 완전 푸세식,

에어컨은 언제 달았는지도 모를 정도로 색이바래져 있고,

내게 주어진 방은 베게위에 바퀴벌레가 기어다녀 직원에게 말하니

배게를 바꿔준게 아니라 바퀴벌레만 내다버리고

그 배게를 그냥 다시 가져다 둔다. 와이파이도 안되고.

A train station that took quite a while to arrive because it was a cyclical shine, not an autorixia.

I had to get a hotel first, so I went into one place where I could see it first, and there was no air conditioning room, and there was a room when I went in the second time.

I went to see the room, and the bathroom was very old-fashioned,

The air conditioner is so faded that you don’t even know when it was installed,

The room I was given had cockroaches crawling on the pillow, I told the staff.

The employee didn’t change the pillow, he just threw away the cockroach.

And just bring the pillow back. The Wi-Fi isn’t working either.

이건 아닌 것 같아 밖으로 나와서 이 라인에 그나마 제일 삐까번쩍한 곳으로 들어가니

방금 본 숙소와 100루피(2천원)차이인데 20년의 차이는 나는 것 같은 정도로 깔끔하다.

당연히 여기로 방을 잡았다.

I don’t think this is right. Coming out and going into the most shiny part of the line.

It’s 100 rupees (2,000 won) difference from the hotel I just saw, but it’s so clean that it seems to be 20 years apart.

Of course, I booked a room here.

열한시가 넘었는데 밥을 못먹어서 근처의 로컬식당으로 가서 인도식 백반인 탈리를 먹고 호텔로 돌아왔다.

여기 고락뿌르가 숙소는 엄청 비싼데 시설은 엄청 꾸리다는 말이 있었는데 진짜였다.. ㅠㅠ

여튼 힘겹게 도착.

내일 일찍 일어나 버스표 알아보러 다녀야 하니 이만 취침.

It was past 11 o’clock, but I couldn’t eat, so I went to a local restaurant nearby, ate Tali, an Indian-style meal, and returned to the hotel.

There was a saying that the Gorakpurga Hotel here is very expensive, but the facilities are very expensive, but it was true.. crying

Anyway, I arrived with difficulty.

I have to get up early tomorrow to get a bus ticket, so I’ll go to bed now.
